We use so-called cookies on individual pages of our website to make your visit more convenient and to facilitate the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your client device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing of your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and allow us or our partner companies to recognise your browser upon your next visit (so-called long-term cookies). Cookies cannot be used to access other files on your computer or to determine your e-mail address. The legal grounds for the processing of personal data using cookies is art. 6 (1) subparagraph 1 lit. f of GDPR.

(b) Google Analytics
shall be regularly transferred to a Google server located in the USA and stored there. The usage profiles are created in an anonymous form.
The acquired information allows us to analyse your experience of browsing our website and to adapt it to your needs (legitimate interest, art. 6 (1) lit. f of the GDPR).
Your information shall only be transferred to third parties insofar as it is required by law or if service providers process this data in accordance with a contract.
We have expanded Google Analytics with the "anonymizeIP" code. Your IP address is thereby pseudonymised (i.e. IP masking) so that under no circumstances it can be collated with other data by Google. This temporary processing of your IP address by Google is intended to generate website statistics for the purposes of improving our website.
Information on data protection with regard to Google Analytics is provided by Google Analytics.
(c) Google Fonts
On our website we use Google Fonts. These are the fonts that can be displayed by your browser even if they are not available on your system. When you visit our website with integrated Google Maps, we will transmit your IP address to Google in an abridged form.
The encryption key and status of consent will also be stored in your browser in the cookie "CookieConsent", so that the website can automatically read and comply with your consent in all subsequent page requests and future sessions for up to 12 months. The encryption key will be used to verify consent and to check whether the consent status stored in the browser has changed compared to the original consent that was sent to Cybot.
(f) Embedded videos
This website integrates video through Vimeo.com, a service of Vimeo, Inc. 555 West 18th Street New York, New York 10011, USA ("Vimeo"). When you access videos through Vimeo, a connection is made to Vimeo's servers in the USA. As a result, certain information will be transmitted to Vimeo. Vimeo may store cookies on your end device. The cookies remain blocked until you click "Allow Cookies". Until this point, video will not be displayed and no cookies will be stored. Vimeo also allows you to use some additional features, such as rating or sharing videos. This may require you to log in with your Vimeo account so that Vimeo can associate the information you provide with your account. If you have a user account with Vimeo and are logged in, the above information will be associated with your user account. When you access the embedded Vimeo video on our website by clicking on "Play", this information will also be associated with your Vimeo account. You can restrict this association by logging out of your user account before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies of Vimeo. PVS Fulfillment is not aware of the data collected by Vimeo or third parties and does not have any influence on its use.

If you are already our customer or will become our customer in the future, we may collect, store, change and transmit the data for the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship without requiring your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR) and as long as this is permitted by law. You may exercise your right of revocation of your consent by sending a message to our contact address firstname.lastname@example.org.
