Complete multichannel fulfilment for the specialist retail chain BabyOne

The first specialist store concept for baby and toddler goods in Germany was founded in 1988 in Freudenberg near Siegen. Since then, BabyOne has grown steadily and is now Germany’s number one specialist chain for baby and toddler supplies.

The recipe for success is: everything a baby needs under one roof. What makes it special is the right mix of products and the consistent customer orientation.

Since November 2009, the retail chain has had its own online shop at www.babyone.de offering its customers online shopping through all channels. And this is where PVS fulfilment steps in.

PVS takes over the complete commercial and logistical service for BabyOne, from commercial order processing and accounts receivable accounting to warehousing and shipping to returns processing. Trained call centre agents advise customers in the in-house customer service centre on ordering and are available to answer further questions.
